How do I resolve the security certificate error posted by internet explorer

What is a security certificate? My internert Explorer has blocked this website from displaying content. I can not manage the blog site with this error in place.

Thank you for everyone’s advise on the problem of photo’s not uploading to the blog. I downloaded Chrome browser and started using it and that solved my situation. I can now download photos and the security certificate error is not longer visible.
