How do I ressolve the A-record for the domain prolonghealthylife.com

I have bought web host at “fatcow” and need my wordprees domain to function there. I asked for help and have been told that the A-record for the domain http://www.prolonghealthylife.com is not resolving properly. And that a DNS provider at WordPress needs to update the A-record before I can use my domain at “fatcow”.

That’s not a problem, you can either change your nameservers for your domain to point towards fatcow’s hosting by following these instructions:
Or you can change your A-records by following these:
You’ll need to get the correct nameservers or A-records from fatcow that your domain needs to be pointed to first in either case, but once you have that information, you can make that change and your domain should start working within a few hours.
If you run in to any troubles, just let me know the nameservers or A-record they gave you and I can make the change for you.

Thanks for you reply. My information at fatcow is:
A record IP address is 65.254.248.197
Domain nameservers are: ns1.fatcow.com and ns2.fatcow.com
Please do help me to make the change/transfer; I am new at this…
I long do I need to wait for the change to be functional??Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,
This discussion is indeed in a public forum, however your domain’s nameservers and IP address is a matter of public record and cannot be used to harm you in any way (anyone can do a simple public query on your domain name to get this information at any time).
I have changed your domain’s nameservers to ns1.fatcow.com and ns2.fatcow.com (if you are using nameservers you don’t need to change A-records). That change can take anywhere from 1 to 72 hours for propagation to occur. You should see the change within that timeframe!
