How do I restore a site that was deleted?

    How do I restore a site that was deleted? I believe someone gained access and removed the site.

    The authors have deleted this site.

    Hi there, is that the site you are referring to?

    Staff will be able to see the history of your site admin access. However, if it was deleted using the site owner account, including replying to the final email that is sent to the site owner to confirm deletion, there’s little they will be able to do to restore it.

    Also if your email account was accessed to confirm deletion without your knowledge, you will want to change your password there as well.

    Hi there,

    That site was deleted using your account, and it happened over a month ago, so I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do anymore at this point. Additionally, according to the logs that site was emptied before it was deleted, so even if we could restore the URL, the site would be completely empty.
