How do I restore the missing notifications?

    The notifications link is gone. I don’t know what I did to cause it to delete. “Notifications” is missing from the menu, entirely. The WP logo was missing for a while, but it is in place at this moment. Thank you for you time and for have this amazing site available. Bear
