  my blog had a white menu – how do i restore it?

  My blog has been changed and it had a custom header, three columns and a white menu – with lots of random header pics – it changed to boardwalk without me knowing and i dont know which theme it was and none of them seen to match what it was – is there any way of restoring it please? I dont know the original theme name,
