How do I retrieve a previously autosaved draft?

  I was typing a blog- it was extremely long. I went to add a picture and all of my text deleted. The computer then auto saved and I lost all of my content. How do I get it back? Is there a place I can go to get the auto saved draft at a particular stage? Please help!

  Can you check your revisions to see if you can find your post content there?
