how do I revert my domain name to a previous one which has been deleted?
-
Hello, I am the administrator for the blog Theory of Urban Form 2013 – theoryofurbanform2013.wordpress.com -a class blog used by students of Parsons School of Design. It used to be theoryofurbanform2012.wordpress.com, and one year ago I changed the url and title to reflect the year. The professor of the course wants the url reverted to ‘theoryofurbanform2012.worpress.com’ to align with some publications in print and online that he had published back then. I attempted to change the url back in the blog dashboard, thinking that I had completely deleted the old url and that it was available again – however it’s not letting me, saying that ‘the url has been reserved.’ When I look up the old url on my browser, it comes up as a blank, saying that it has been deleted. I want to change ‘theoryofurbanform2013.wordpress.com’ back to ‘theoryofurbanform2012.wordpress.com’ – please advise, thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

theoryofurbanform2012.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.
That URL is gone. There is no way to get it back, not for you nor for anyone else.
