how do I revise Jetpack 'contact us' form?

I put the Jetpack “contact us” form on a page on my new website. Then I decided to change the email address. The code shows the revised email address but the page still keeps coming up with the original one. I tried putting the form in the trash and creating a new one, but still it is showing up with the old email address on the page.
