How do I save a post to a document (to submit as guest post)?

  I am guest posting for a non-wordpress.com site and am unsure how to transfer the draft post I created on my site to a document I can email to the other site. Or do I just create the document completely outside of wordpress.com?

  Ask the site you are submitting to how they want the article submitted, if they are accepting guest Posts they should have guidelines for you.

  Probably easiest to work outside of the WordPress editor and email them the document, with the pictures attached. (I help a A friend with their blog, they email me the text in a standard email with the pictures attached and I past things into their blog) – some people like attached documents, but pasting from a word processing program to the web can give problems if not done correctly
