How do I 'save' a repair, edit? How do I send this message.

    I’m still trying to save a revision. Save Draft and Update don’t show on the page where I’ve typed in the revision. If you answer me you need to tell me at my e mail. I don’t know where else I’d look for an answer.
    Now I’m trying to find out how to send this request. I don’t see a ‘send’ option on this page. I’ll try an ‘enter’.
