How do I save comments without all the screen data coming along?

    I am using this blog to collect responses to a series of questions. When I close discussion on Question 1 I would like to capture these results and save it as a Word file. Then move to Question 2 and when that closes capture the input as a new Word file. Etc. When I cut and paste from the ‘Comments’ page I get all the screen data such as links, data titles, etc. SO, how do I create a clean record of each round of questioning?
