How do I scale and then crop? My library won't save the cropped image…

    I’ve followed the instructions word for word repeatedly and this is what happens.

    Scale successful.

    Crop, as soon as I click save I lose the image and get a stupid small square icon instead.

    My image won’t save after scaling and then cropping… I have been trying for hours…

    Please help before I go mad!!!

    HI abigailsangels,

    Very sorry for the troubles! I just tested it out myself and it’s certainly frustrating.

    This is actually a known issue with our developers. Making two separate changes in the media editor breaks the image. It’s not just cropping and scaling, it’s any two of the adjustments in the editor.

    We just don’t have a fix figured out yet. :(

    I’m very sorry, but it seems like you might be best off editing the image locally on your computer (I believe Preview can both scale and crop) and upload the image once you have it in the size you prefer.
