how do I search my posts related to hashtags

I have been creating tags but have no idea how to find those posts again using the tags.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Depending on the theme and widgets you have activated, tags can be displayed at the top or bottom of posts, on the individual post view, and/or in the sidebar.
Activating the Tag Cloud Widget will shows a list of all the tags you’ve assigned to your posts. You can read about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/tag-cloud-widget/
