How do I search WordPress by web address?

  I must be particularly dense, but I have not found a search bar on WordPress that will actually take me to another blog whose address I know. Suggestions?

  What are you trying to search for? A particular blog? Use Google.

  If you know the URL skip the search & go straight to the blog

  Yes, a blog for which I already have the web address. I find it frustrating not to be able to return to a blog, I’ve enjoyed in past. I cannot follow every one of the large number of blogs I’ve found helpful. And not every WordPress blog is recognized by Google. I’ve had great difficulty locating my own two blogs on occasion. Norton, for one thing, may label an entirely inoffensive blog as dangerous without notifying the blog owner. Seems odd that there is no search bar on WordPress that will recognize WordPress addresses.
