How do I see my private site as the public would see it?

  I made my blog private to build a more static looking website. How do I see it as the public would see it if the site was made public?

  I must have overlooked something very basic, sorry, but I can’t figure out how to do it, help!

  YOu have to log out, then put in the URL.

  Thanks, raincoaster, it works! I wonder, though, if there isn’t a more expedient way. I do not use a lot of graphics, but logout/login is still awkward for testing the visual impact of layout changes.

  I wish there was a button ‘View as Public’ just like Google+ has.

  Use another browser. The logged-in status is stored in cookies in the browser, so if you use another one without those cookies stored, you’ll see it as ‘public’.

  Or just use another computer.

  I have at least three browsers installed on each PC.
