How do I see responses from Contact Us?

I see a lot of views in my Contact Us page. But I don’t see any mails or notification as a result. Where is my problem?

Hi there!
By default, contact form submissions are sent to the author of the Page via email, so first check who is the author of the Page, and then check that email address.
You may have also manually changed the email address where responses are sent. To check, open the Page with the contact form in the visual editor, click the ‘Edit’ button (a little pencil) at the top of the form, and check which email is listed. If none, it’s still the set by default to the email address of the Page author.
If you’re the Page author, check which address you have on file with WordPress.com to make sure it’s correct and accessible: https://wordpress.com/me/account
You can also log in to your Dashboard and check the Feedback tab: https://stimsinstitute.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback
All of your responses should show up there as well.
It’s also possible that the page is getting hits by curious viewers of your site, but no one is actually submitting the form.

Looks like there are many visitors to contact page, but most of them are not following through with any contact message :-( -
In any case, if you’d like to confirm it’s working and see how responses are handled, you could simply submit the form yourself! 😉
