    How do I know who is following and who has signed to receive email notifications of new blog postings? Also how do I add instagram plug in on my blog?

    About Instagram Plugin: WordPress.com is a shared environment to host blogs. For security reasons WordPress.com does not allow to add any source code that could be potentially dangerous for the whole environment, and this includes plugins (That are allowed in .org blogs). You can see here the main differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com. Indeed, WordPress.com includes by default the most popular plugin functionalities.

    In the case of your WordPress.com blog, you could anyway use Widgets (And there is a so called Instagram Widget available!):

    Widget is a fancy word for tools or content that you can add, arrange, and remove from the sidebar(s) of your blog. Widgets make it easy to customize the content of your sidebar(s). (Text from Widget support topic https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/)

    I noticed (at the bottom of the support page screen) that there are several threads going about recent problems with the instagram widget. You may want to check them out/subscribe to one of those if you have any difficulties.

    Here are the directions on how to see who is following you.

    Using those directions you can also tell who is following you via email.

    I noticed that you may be a new member. Searching the support site and the forums will generally bring up most things you might be interested in. I think the support site is particularly well done for a free service. (Sometimes you can get a quicker answer that way.)
