how do I see/read all other Telugu blogs of WordPress.com?

    just like my Telugu blog in WordPress.com, how do I see/read all other Telugu blogs of WordPress.com?
    In the past, a TABLE OF ENGLISH ALPHABETS, for example:
    A, B,C,D,E,F, …..P,Q,R,S, T, …X,Y,Z was displayed when Hope page was opened, and if I want to select TELUGU LANGUAGE, I just have to click on `T’, so that a drop-down list showing Telugu, Tamil ,etc. were displayed and I used to select Telugu language and all Telugu language Blogs operated in WordPress.com were displayed. That is how I used to see and read any of the Telugu blogs in WordPress.com. But, now I am unable to see this Alphabets Table. Please give me the solution.
