How do I send SMS to my blog?

    I am administrator for our group’s blog. We will be snowmobiling, and I want to post comments from the trail to our blog so our family at home will know how we’re doing. I will be using my cellphone to send text messages. How do I send a text message to my blog?

    Which blog exactly are your referring to? Please post the URL starting with http://

    This blog http://michcanska3.wordpress.com/ produces a 410 error message. “This page is permanently gone.”

    Ping.fm ( http://ping.fm ) provides a great service for what you’re looking for. You can set it up so that it takes input from a verity of sources (everything from GTalk/Jabber, to SMS, to a textbox provided on your site, even a little share this link button), and will output it in a verity of ways, everything from delicious, to blogger, to facebook, to twitter, to linkedin, to yes, wordpress.com (but not the software on wordpress.org). I use this service to archive my microblog posts (you can find it at http://leifmobileblog.wordpress.com , although it’s not very pretty, just a little tool I use in a hope to archive my posts).
