How do I send the EPP code

I’m trying to Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar but when I click on “email my code” in Domain Settings screen I get this message ” We apologize for this inconvenience, but an error has been detected.

If you would like to transfer ownership of your domain to another registrar, note that you may not transfer a domain name for 60 days after its purchase. I can see from our records that you purchased this domain 20 days ago, so you will need to wait a little longer before initiating a transfer.
Background: This is a guideline set by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and it’s standard practice for ICANN-accredited registrars. It is not within our control to lift this 60 day lock for any reason. You can read more about the 60 day lock here:
