How do I set a default for black text
-
I do a blog where I’m often cutting and pasting in articles. Sometimes it comes in as black text, sometimes gray for some reason. Is there a way to set a default for my site so that all text is displayed black ? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there! When I look at architectguy.me/, I cannot find a page with gray text. Could you send me a link to a post with gray text and one with black text? Thanks very much!

Hi ! The reason you don’t see the grey is that after I view preview and see it in grey, I manually highlight all the text and change it to black. I’ll put up some uncorrected pieces in the next 24 hours, please check back !!

Hi Richard — you can even create a Draft Post. I will be able to preview it to see the problem. You do not have to publish a post that appears in a manner in which you’re not please. When you create a draft, please send me the link. Thanks!

Thanks. Try this link. It appears grey on my computer. This is an example of one that I’d go back, highlight text and make black then it would appear the right way.
Kidnapping, human rights and hypocrisy. Your NGO dollars at work.

Thanks! This link was a big help.
Click Appearance → Customize in your site’s Dashboard. Then, click CSS in your right-hand menu. In the CSS Revisions box, please paste the following underneath all existing text:
body {
color: #000000;
}Then Save your changes.
This will ensure that the text in the body of your post is black. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks much!

If you visit http://www.architectguy.me and scroll down to the 6th story about last week’s anti-Israel rally in San Francisco [VIDEO] you’ll see the story just appears as text in the preview, in other words there is no embedded image of the youTube. Is there a way to do that ? When you click on the story, the next page shows the preview with the embedded youTube interface. Thanks.

Hello there! This isn’t possible with your theme. The best solution I can think of is to add a featured image. This will appear in your blog list on your main page, just as an image appears for “President Obama: Now is the time.”
Instructions for Featured Images:
en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/Of course, you’ll have to find your own image to display, or grab a frame from your YouTube vide.
I hope this solution helps! Thanks!
