  I have an image in my computer and I want it to be the background of my blog. how to?

  do you have a css upgrade? i don’t know if you can do it even if you have it.

  you most certainly can’t do so on a regular free wp .com blog.

  you can, if you have a css upgrade, at least with certain themes. For example Rubrick.
