How do I set it so I do not have to approve the comments??

  How do I set it so I do not have to approve the comments?? I want my readers just to be able to post without them having to wait until I approve their comment for it to show up. Pleas help.

  Dashboard – Settings – Discussion – Before a comment appears uncheck “An administrator must always approve the comment” and “Comment author must have a previously approved comment”
