how do I set my first entry as the first entry a visitor sees?

My latest entry is what shows up when someone looks at my blog.
I would prefer the first entry to my blog to be what visitors see. Is there a way I can set my blog this way?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think you might want to use sticky posts to highlight a particular post. A sticky post will appear above other posts.
