how do i set up a link to list of the posts

I am using the Gateway theme. I have done the static front page but I would like a place in my menu to where there will be a list of the blog posts. Very similar to the demo of Gateway. I am unsure how to proceed.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The demo of the Gateway theme has child menu which can be created by following the instructions in this support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#2-organize-your-menu
You can link up create and add child pages to your blog. You will find info about making child pages in this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/page-attributes/#parent
