How do I set up a menu from a static page?

  How do I set up a page that will then link to categories (through a menu) and their related posts? Example: page – Helpful Articles (on this page I would have a menu as below)
  Anxiety
  Anger Management
  Distorted Thinking
  The items on this menu would then direct the viewer to the related posts on this subject.

  At the moment the page I have set up is called Helpful Articles and within this are all my posts in date order. I have categorised my posts but this seems to make no difference.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
