How do I set up an RSS feed for my blog?

  I’m new to all of this, but I am posting quite a bit. I’d like to set up an RSS feed so that anyone who subscribes to my blog through email isn’t bombarded with emails all the time. Any tips would be very helpful. Also, is there anything specific I need to know about using RSS feeds?

  All wordpress.com blogs have RSS feeds for Entries (Posts) and for Comments.
  This are your blogs RSS feed URLs :

  I am still confused. I went to the sites suggested, but how do I get the RSS feed button to show up? Sadly, I am not technologically savy, so I am struggling a bit trying to figure this out.
