How do I set up automatic renewal.

I have looked under domains, I have looked under managing upgrades. I have searched the forums.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You need to be logged in as the EXACT account that owns the upgrades
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
See also for history
Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History
If you are not seeing the upgrades do you have a second account that was used to purchase the upgrades?

I have looked at both the My Upgrades and Billing History. There are no links to enable automatic renewal. Is it under another link?
I can find links for cancellation and refunds; just not to pay or set automatic renewal.
I have only one account with one custom upgrade, a custom domain. Could it be that I am logged in through the custom domain? Hmm. I will get back on this one.

Nope, I get the same pages with the same options and there are several yet no way to pay or establish automatic renewal.
