how do I set up editors on multi-author blog

    This blog is just being set up, with multiple authors. I know how to invite them to participate. Does each editor set up his/her own log in after they accept my invitation?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    they do their own passwords etc – you never see the password – all you see is their account name

    if you are the Admin you choose the level of access they have to write articles (contributor, author, editor etc.)

    seems to work the easiest if they set their account up first then you invite them in – that based on some things in the support forum once in a while –

    Thanks. In other words, each person should have or set up a wordpress.com account first and use their regular user name (which I will see) and password (which i will not see).

    My own WordPress user name and password would be used for both of my websites, right?
