How do I set up grid view with the Sight theme?

  I just applied the Sight theme to my blog and I saw on the preview that I can the layout to grid view. However, I can’t figure out how to do this. Can you please walk me through the steps? I also would like to know how to get the slider at the top with the pictures. Thank you!

  Seen in http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sight/: To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky and give it a featured image.

  Sight displays up to 30 of your latest sticky posts http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts that have featured images http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/ in a prominent slider on the front page. To add a post to the slider, mark it as sticky and give it a featured image.
