How do I set up my email after domain mapping?

    Hi,

    I’ve recently mapped the domain mac5personalfitness.wordpress.com to mac5personalfitness.co.uk which is being hosted by Gandi. The emails that are set up with Gandi are no longer being received. I’ve changed the name servers at Gandi to NS1.WORDPRESS.COM, NS2.WORDPRESS.COM and NS3.WORDPRESS.COM. I’ve also changed the mx records on WordPress but emails are still not being received.

    Hi there,

    I just took a look at your mail records for mac5personalfitness.co.uk and they look to be generally correctly formed (though I’m not familiar with that mail service). If your mail still isn’t working, you may want to check with Gandi, who should be able to do a DNS lookup to make sure that the mail records are correct and also check that the mailboxes are still setup on their end correctly. It may have just been that propagation had not completed yet for your domain!
