how do I set up og: width and og: height on my blog?

I am having trouble with creating pins on pinterest and when pinned to facebook the image doesn’t show up. I run the pin through the facebook debugger and I get Error while downloading https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/600×315/55/aa/49/55aa4956e4dc4833093cd7d9c13da857.jpg with HTTP response code: 403
How can I fix this?
