How do I set up two separate acting types of posts based on their purpose?

    I am trying to create two separate types of posts but cannot figure out how to, if its even possible.

    I have my standard posts, which I have completed 2 of. I was hoping to create an additional area (current menu name: tension control questions answered) where I could put up posts as well.

    Thus I would have two sections of posts for the different types of posts. 1. technical papers/article posts 2. question and answer posts

    For the question and answer posts I don’t need other users to be able to upload their questions (although it would be nice) as I have instructed them to email their question, and then i can post the question and answer and people can leave comments then.

    Is it possible to set this up?

    You can actually use your categories and category archive pages for this.
