How do I setup Blog Post Via Secret Email address?

I have a blogger.com account (google), and they let me post to my blog via email. I used to be able to do the same with my OLD wordpress.com website back in 2014. I’m trying to figure out HOW to blogpost by secret email address, but I can’t figure it out. Do I have to be a premium user to have that or is that feature gone entirely? I have a free wordpress.com account right now.

Have you logged in under the username account that registered the wordpress.com site and consulted the Post by Email support doc at https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/? No upgrade is required.
