How do I show 1 recent post on home page?

    Hi there,

    I was wondering if it was possible to set it so that my homepage only showed my most recent post. I just finished a particularly long one which will likely slow down my site a bit so I wanted to minimize that by not showing the usual 10 posts when it loads up for visitors. Is there any way to do this besides creating a page?
