How do I show a full post, NOT an excerpt?

Can anyone please help me?
i am very new a making my own site and i have created some pages.
i am trying to creating some posts but my post are just a summary instead of a full text. can someone please help me.
i really wan to fix this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is a WordPress.ORG self hosted site and not a WordPress.COM site. You will want to post your question on the WordPress.org support forums.

This will be dependent on the theme you have enabled on the site. You could check the theme options to see if it allows you to select excerpts or full blog posts. If you can find the option then the theme might only support the excerpt view. Try the support forum for the theme on WordPress.org to see if someone has asked the same question.

i will go over the forum on wordpress.org and hope someone has the same issue as me. i did look in the settings i was not able to find anything.
