How do I shrink the number of lines in the New Post edit screen?

    How do I shrink the new post area to a manageable size instead of 100 lines or so.

    I think I increased the size of the box for new posts at some point and now I can’t undo it. I have to scroll down several pages to get to any of the edit box options like “update” or “publish”, etc. This is laborious. Can I shrink it back to the original size or at least reduce it?
