How do I shut down a fraudulent website hosted by WordPress?

The above website contains proprietary images, and the publisher does not have the permission to use the images. The information is also inaccurate and has nothing to do with the publisher of the website or current owner of the domain. WordPress should immediately act and remove the content as currently published.
