  How do I shut down / end one of my blogs?

  I don’t use it anymore.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  How do I shut down / end one of my blogs?

  I don’t use it anymore.

  The blog I need help with is tombreyfogle.wordpress.com.

  Easiest is to just set it to private and let it sit – that way when you decide you like the name again and want to start using it again the URL will still be there (the URL’s of deleted blogs are gone forever)

  Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Visible to only those I choose (remember to save changes)
