How do I shut it down

  This is not a paid site however you guys seem to have mixed up accounts. I need to close this site entirely but when i tried to recover my password it gave me a username I have never seen before and my site does not show up under this username, echidnapretzelfortuna21950. so either way I want to close this site and my free account
