how do I sort my content into different groupings

have posted day to day and now want to sort things for easier access – e.g. everything to do with culture available on the same page
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, it seems like you are already using categories, e.g:
http://supportingtall.wordpress.com/category/students/
http://supportingtall.wordpress.com/category/teaching-and-learning/If you want these categorization/groupings to show up on the top tabs (where you currently have “Cultures / Valuing Home Languages / just blogging about EAL”), you can go to Appearances -> Menus in your Dashboard.
On that page, to the left side you should see “Categories” that you can now add to the menu. See here for more details on adding and modifying menus: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
