How do I sort the list of themes by most recent?

  There used to be emails whenever a new theme was released, and a subsite (themes.wordpress.com?) that allowed sorting by most recent so that it was easy to look at new themes. Is this still possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I think you are confusing with https://wordpress.org/themes/. They have the possibility to show the latest themes, https://wordpress.org/themes/browse/new/
