How do I speak directly to a wordpress support person? We have something very specific to our website. We have determined that it is an error that most likely can only be solved by getting their feedback. I can click all their prompts but it keeps looping back to this page. I am getting nowhere.

As you don’t need help with your website on the wordpress.com platform, what site are you talking about? Mind we can only help you with a site on the wordpress.com platform. If you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org, their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

no, i have an actual wordpress website that is on wordpress.com platform. What I would like to know is how do I talk with these people/ the company owners the people who run wordpress.com for support. Do they just not provide support of any kind, is it just left us… to others to figure out what their products is about and if there is a problem are we some how suppose to figure out what they intended. Or is there actual support directly from wordpress.com paid or not paid. I just need to speak with these guys if they exist. Thank

If you have a free site hosted here at WordPress.com such as https://weightlossfitnessdvd.wordpress.com/ this is the correct place to ask your questions about that particular site.
If you have an upgraded site here at WordPress.com you have access to email and Livechat with staff via the account that purchased the upgrade.
If your unnamed site is hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software you’re asking in the wrong place and need to register an account at the correct support forum as linked to by @staartmees.
