This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support. Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does.
Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
We are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread. Please simply post exactly what you need help with into this thread, knowing there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered.

WordPress.com doesn’t offer phone customer service.
You can either contact the support team or provide a little more information here so the volunteers on the forum can help you out. If you have a business plan you can also get in touch directly via live chat.
As you’re really new here then Learn WordPress is a great place to start.

Varies from theme to theme and is clearly stated in the detailed theme description page for each theme as well as being found at > Dashboard > Appearance > Theme

Varies from theme to theme see above. If you are into fiddling about with font families, sizes and/or colors on each and every post you make by using the Text editor (HTML editor) then you can change it in the body text in posts and pages. But for changing it in Titles and widgets you need to purchase an upgrade.
These are 3 ways to change fonts on WordPress.com blogs.
(1) Changing font families, colors and size in text in posts or pages either post by post or page by page by coding into the Text ie. HTML editor. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/07/11/formatting-text-pt-5/

(3) Changing all font families, colors and sizes throughout the whole blog by purchasing an annually renewable Custom Design upgrade and using Typekit Fonts with Staff support.
