How do I speak to someone for a refund

I was charged $300 and my account doesn’t have any billing information. This is crazy.

This is crazy… I need to have a paid account to talk to support…? What the fuck do I do? I can’t even send them an email since it doesn’t work. This is ridiculous on so many levels.

This usually happens when you have several wordpress.com accounts. To find out what a blling is all about, you can check this yourself at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. After having determined what a charge is all about, you find in the right colum a form to contact the Billing Team.

It does indeed look like there are no sites or purchases associated with this WordPress.com account.
Do you have a transaction ID available for the $300 charge? You can usually find this on your bank statement, and we can use that transaction ID to track down what the charge was for, as well as which account it may be related to.
