How do I split two domain names of a single webpage?
-
Good day! I have two domain names for one webpage. The first one is free and other is registered. I wish to split them and use the other domain name for an entirely different blog.
Please help.
Thank you!

I can move the domain for you. Specifically, which domain name did you want to assign to which blog?
-
Thanks!
I want the domain ‘spearofgod.com’ assigned to ‘Spear of God’ blog and use ‘skidmongrel.wordpress.com’ to a new blog I’m starting.

I have just checked and spearofgod.com is already mapped to http://skidmongrel.wordpress.com/
Go to Store → Domains in your blog dashboard to change the primary domain setting so that spearofgod.com is always displayed to users.

I’ve already updated my primary domain to spearofgod.com. Thanks!
I’m forwarded to my ‘Spear of God’ blog when I enter skidmongrel.wordpress.com. How do I remove skidmongrel.wordpress.com as a sub-domain of spearofgod.com and use it as another domain name for a new blog?

spearofgod.com needs to actually be mapped to an existing WordPress.com blog.
If you want skidmongrel.wordpress.com to be separate, I’ll need you to register another WordPress.com blog for us to move spearofgod.com to.

I’ve already registered a new blog – spearofgod.wordpress.com to move spearofgod.com to.
Thanks!

I have moved http://spearofgod.com/ to spearofgod.wordpress.com as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance!
