how do i start?

i have no domain, no host, not registered, etc. i do have a wordpress.com acct. with a username. I am trying to develop a simple website for my new business.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You DO have a host: wordpress.com. You also have a custom domain and mapping. What you do not have is content. Blog.
