  If you are on the Free Plan, you aren’t entitled to Live Chat.
  Did you already try the Account Recovery at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  I had a livechat yesterday on the free plan. And yes, I already tried that, the problem is it says my account does not exist.
