How do I start adding to my home page even though it wasn’t a page that I added?

  I hope I don’t sound too confusing. I’ve added 7 pages to my blog. I can easily write my stuff on those pages. I need to know how to write my stuff on the homepage. I’m a rookie at all of this…LOL. Maybe I’ll catch on soon :)

  You have two posts in the forum: one asking how you add stuff to your home page, one asking how you delete stuff from that page.

  The problem is, pages don’t go on your home page. Only POSTS do. Please read this:

  Post vs. Page

  You are getting the error message on your homepage because you deleted the only actual POST on your blog, the Hello World one. Just write a new post and your content will show up there.

  I did it…..but how can I delete the date and the stuff below my post??? I’m probably just overlooking something. I just don’t want to accidentally delete stuff!!!

  You cannot delete that stuff. It’s built right into your theme.
