How do I start Blogging?

I opened this account years ago and I can’t figure out how to get out of this website version and log-in to the admin side to start creating posts. I no longer have WordPress linked directly to my GoDaddy domains like I did when I began this and would like to know if it’s necessary to start blogging.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
